With a fabric seat and fully upholstered back in a lovely neutral color, the wood finish is in a serene gray beige applied to lightly sand-blasted walnut veneer for a textured look. A loose-pillow back adds extra comfort, and the splayed front legs add extra flair.
Collection Features Elixir is a casual contemporary collection that, like its name implies, exudes a feeling of comfort, simplicity and well-being. While Elixir has crisp, clean lines, character and visual interest are also achieved through the use of texture. Textural interest comes from the use of lightly sand-blasted walnut veneer, light texture applied to the metal elements along with a hand-carved texture added to the surface of select pieces such as the oval mirror and the round dining table. The buffet offers a beautiful carved starburst pattern on the doors.

MDF and particle board are used in quality furniture for areas that need to be stable, such as large surfaces. These durable wood products do not expand and contract with heat and cold and do not absorb moisture as much as solid wood, which results in stronger and longer-lasting furniture.
